Partners
The Collective
We work with the finest professionals in Central Texas to ensure every detail of your day is flawless.
Operational Excellence
Vendor Guidelines & Requirements
To ensure every wedding at Prima Vista flows effortlessly, we maintain clear standards for all outside professionals. These partners are recommended based on their history of excellence at our venue, but you are welcome to bring your own insured professionals.
Insurance
All vendors must carry $1,000,000 General Liability Insurance and provide a COI naming Prima Vista as additionally insured 30 days prior.
Full-Service Catering
Caterers must provide a full-service team responsible for setup, table service, busing, and complete cleanup of the kitchen and guest tables.
Bar & Beverage
While we are BYOB, all alcohol must be served by a TABC-certified professional from our required bartending partner to ensure safety.
Included DJ
A professional DJ is included with our All-Inclusive wedding packages. If you bring an outside DJ, they must coordinate with our team for sound equipment use.
Vendors We Love
We've curated this list of the Hill Country's finest professionals. These individuals know our grounds, our flow, and our standards, making them the perfect choice for a seamless Prima Vista wedding.
