Thank you for scheduling your tour. David and Ellen are excited that you’ve chosen to tour Prima Vista and look forward to meeting you!

Please keep in mind a few things before your tour.

• Please have a good grasp on your guest count and your total wedding budget. Your visit will be much more productive if you know these two important numbers.

• Please bring anyone with you who would need to see the venue before you sign a contract. We don’t give second private tours, but we do have monthly open houses. If you don’t want to wait until that important person can make it to an open house, bring them on your tour.

• The answers to all of your important questions are on our FAQs page. Be sure and check this page out before your tour.

• If you are driving from Austin, and your GPS says to turn on Jacob’s Well Road, we suggest you don’t turn (it’s a small road with lots of twists and turns). Continue straight until you hit FM 2325 and take a right at the light just past HEB.

• We do not hold dates unless you have signed a contract and made your first payment.

• Please give us a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. You may email us at info@primavistaevents.com.

• We aren’t salespeople and won’t do high pressure selling during or after your tour. We think the venue speaks for itself and our number one priority, whether you choose Prima Vista or not, is that you make the choice that is right for you.
